Chapter 7 Trustee Representation
Our attorneys have experience serving as and/or representing Chapter 7 trustees in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases thereby allowing us to provide an added dimension of expertise, insight and practical guidance many firms are unable to provide when a client is involved in any aspect of a bankruptcy case.
In addition to giving bankruptcy trustees legal advice with respect to their powers and duties, our attorneys also represent bankruptcy trustees in connection with negotiations involving creditors, debtors and third parties. In addition, we prepare and prosecute applications, motions, answers, orders, reports or other legal documents necessary to locate and obtain assets for the benefit of the bankruptcy estate’s creditors. When necessary, we are also prepared to litigate in bankruptcy court to enforce trustees’ rights.
